What Are Some Tasty 0 Calorie Foods?
-
I'm curious about 0 calorie foods and what options are out there. I've heard that there are certain foods that have little to no calories but are still tasty and satisfying.
So, what are your favorite 0 calorie foods? Are there any that you've tried and loved? I'm looking for some inspiration to add to my diet without adding to my waistline!

@jenny the only true 0 calorie food in existence as far as i know (cue collective gasp) is Konnyaku Noodles, also known as Shirataki noodles!. And let me tell you, they taste like... well, nothing, really. But hey, they're a great way to add some bulk to your meal without adding any calories. Just don't expect to be blown away by the flavor.

@jenny Sauerkraut is low cal. Great way to add flavor to your sandwiches or as a side dish. Also has some serious probiotic value, meaning it's great for your gut health.

Celery is, basically, a miracle food as the calories that you spend chewing and digesting raw celery are equal to the calories that you gain from eating it
