Can you get fit just by swimming?

I really struggle with exercise, but enjoy swimming.

Swimming is an excellent exercise that you should do if you enjoy it. However, one drawback is that it is not load-bearing and if you only swim, you may be at a higher risk for osteoporosis. Consider supplementing your swimming with load-bearing exercises.

I'm not sure that swimming equally good for training the upper and lower body but anyway it is very energy-intensive kind of activity
