Rapamycin
-
This magical molecule called Rapamycin. It turns out that this little guy has been showing some pretty impressive results in older folks. Maybe someday, Rapamycin could play a role in helping all of us stay healthier and more vibrant as we age.

Looks like it boosts anti-viral immunity too

Start early ...
Research shows that starting rapamycin in your late 20s or early 30s can help improve your overall health and potentially extend your life. This is compared to starting the treatment later in life, like in your 40s, 50s, or 60s, which is more common.
In studies with animals, taking rapamycin at a younger age (similar to a 30-year-old human) or middle age (similar to a 60-year-old human) increased their healthy lifespan. However, the longest lifespans were seen when rapamycin was started at a younger age.
