One of the best purchases I made was a standing desk, which has significantly reduced the amount of time I spend sitting down. This has not only improved my posture, but it has also increased my energy levels and concentration during long hours of work.
Another purchase that has had a positive impact on my health is a high-quality air purifier. This has helped to reduce the amount of pollutants and allergens in my office, which has been particularly beneficial during allergy season.
In addition, I have also invested in a good quality mattress and pillows, which have greatly improved my sleep quality.

@Liam in the same vein good insoles. insoles are key for foot comfort. Likely more important than good shoes.
